$250,000 per meditation session…and it’s worth it?

dalioRay Dalio manages a $170 billion Wall Street hedgefund and over the past 5 years has made an average $1.5 billion per year, which comes down to $750,000 per hour. Yet he never misses his 20 minutes of Transcendental Meditation (TM) practice twice per day, even if, at his hourly rate, it would theoretically cost him $250,000 per session.

He doesn’t count this time obviously, any less than he would count the time to take a shower or eat. Some things you just have to do, and for Dalio, TM simply has become one of them. He’s been doing it for 46 years and claims that, more than anything else, Transcendental Meditation has been the secret to his success. He even paid for all of his 1,500 employees to learn the technique.

In this video below, Ray Dalio and Hollywood Director Martin Scorsese describe how TM allows them to make clear decisions and develop their creative potential, and how it fundamentally changes your brain.

Government research: 95% say TM is easy, effective and valuable

~ Norman Rosenthal, MD, U.S. National Institutes of Mental Health

Over the past 8 years the department of Education in San Francisco has performed 17 research studies on TM in 4 schools, showing the powerful effects of the combination of reduced stress and more complete brain development as a result of TM practice.

These results are confirmed by a pan-european survey of 500 TM practitioners, where 97% felt that TM was a good investment.

By now 450 schools in 60 countries are using the Transcendental Meditation program as part of their school curriculum

Do you have 90 min to discover how everything can change?

camerondiaz3“I have tried different meditation techniques but I could not do it. I concluded that I’m apparently incapable of meditating… but when I learned TM it was the easiest thing I’ve ever done… I got my entire family to learn.”
~ Cameron Diaz, Actress

The first step to learning TM is simply to attend a free info seminar where you can:

  • meet your local teacher,
  • hear in more detail how the TM technique actually works and what you can expect from it,
  • ask any questions.
